When you submit our contact form, book a call, or message us through the site, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, business name, phone number if you choose to give one, the services you are interested in, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is used to understand traffic and keep the site working, not to build a profile of you.

Information from clients

When we build and operate systems for a client business, we process that business's customer data on their behalf, including customer names, phone numbers, vehicle details, and service history. That data belongs to the client. We act as a service provider to them and do not use it for our own purposes.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. These include hosting and site infrastructure providers, our CRM and communications platform, email delivery providers, calendar and scheduling tools, payment processors, and analytics providers.

These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

• Access or correction. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it if it is wrong.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Email opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. Service and billing messages about active work will continue.
• Text opt-out. Reply STOP to any message.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
