These terms govern text messages sent by Novus Solutions LLC. By giving us your mobile number and consenting, you agree to what follows.

What we send

Novus Solutions sends text messages related to your inquiry and any active engagement with us. Depending on how you contacted us, that may include:

  • Replies to an inquiry you submitted
  • Appointment and consultation reminders
  • Follow-up on a quote or proposal you requested
  • Service notifications about work we are doing for you

We do not send unsolicited promotional messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.

How to opt in

You are added to our messaging program only when you take one of these actions:

  • Check the text message consent box on our contact form and submit it with your mobile number
  • Text us first from your mobile number
  • Give a staff member verbal or written permission during a call or in-person conversation

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us without ever agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. Most people receive a handful of messages tied to a specific inquiry or appointment rather than an ongoing stream.

Cost

Novus Solutions does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top of the page will be revised.
